Suzanna Clare, M.A. will cover the necessity for diversity & continual renewal of one's exercise regime. And the importance of exercise - including strength training plus meditation, socialization and being on purpose for mental health.and positive chemistry as we age.

In her early 70's, Suzanna has been an Exercise- Yoga, Pilates & Personal Trainer- Massage Therapist & Natural Health-Care Practitioner for 40+ years. With an M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling, she was also a Case Manager for a Senior Assistance Agency & has a Certification in Gerontological Psychology. 

Ms.Clare is passionate about Exercise, Strength Training and Movement and works part-time with clients at the San Francisco Plaza Gym.
